                          RESOLUTION NO.   21014 
                 
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF
                  THE PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT TO EXECUTE
                  A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH BALLET TENNESSEE
                  RELATIVE TO THE CITY'S LEASE OF THE JOHN A.
                  PATTEN ARTS CENTER.
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Parks and
       Recreation Department be and is hereby authorized to enter into 
an
       Agreement with Ballet Tennessee, relative to the City's lease of
       the John A. Patten Arts Center.
